Our technician was a rockstar. He took his time and addressed all of our concerns when it came to dust in our house and our systems and offered solutions that made sense based on our current setup. He also showed us why our system may be having issues and addressed ways that we could fix it. He recommended stuff for my allergies which bug me all of the time since I worked from home. We upgraded to a new filtering system and we are hoping to do more in the future. Great experience all around!
