Josh was amazing like the stretch Armstrong man lol he was able to fit up n the attic space miraculously even tho he was about as big as Sasquatch!!!! He was very helpful and informative about every little detail he even helped me to hang a few pictures I’d been struggling with. Abel showed up on time and even with it being over a hundred degrees he gladly jumped up into the attic to get right to work. He explained everything that he was going to do after looking at the issue and was able to get the job done rather quickly and most importantly correct. He stuck around to make sure his work did in fact fix the problem and assured us that if anything were to happen to call back and someone would be out. I've used Cooms now the last three times I've had issues with the various HVAC systems and have been pleased each time. The people they send have been friendly, knowledgeable (and can explain it) but most importantly get the job done correctly.
