Gabe came out to provide an estimate for a new installation for a complete install. The quote seems to be reasonable priced. Gabe was very thorough to ensure we get the correct sized unit. We have not decided if Coomes Air Conditioning and Heating will install the new unit. I will give an update if we get it installed. I was impressed with the professionalism Gabe provided. There was no pressure to make a decision today.

Our heater conked out in the middle of some very cold nights. We called Coomes and were fortunate to get a repairman out quickly. Jimmy W. came out first thing today and was able to diagnose and fix the system. He was able to provide us with detailed information about the health of our system and various options for future improvements.

The technicians explained every test preformed on my unit and I received a form clearly indicating how my unit was operating.
