After finding Coomes Air on The Good Contractors List, I emailed around 6 in the evening regarding an AC issue, received a phone call by 7 the same day and was able to get scheduled for a visit the next day. After arriving and diagnosing issues, Jimmy explained everything he had found, and broke down pricing for every option, based on what was necessity and what was recommended additional service. He showed us pictures of problem areas and was not pushy about the recommended service, which we appreciated because we are currently on a tight budget. Once we decided what work to have done, Jimmy got to work. When he was finished, everything was working again, and he made a couple more recommendations for future service after noticing a few things during the repairs. We ended up signing on for the monthly maintenance subscription, which saved us a significant amount on the repairs immediately, and Jimmy also happily answered all qurstions that we had. He was nothing less than professional, cordial, and genuine the whole time he was here, and based on his representation of the company, we would gladly request service from them again.

Coomes Air was recommended to us. Jimmy was very thorough and checked the whole system. He asked if I had any concerns with my system besides what he was there for. When I said actually yes, he came up with a plan to fix the problem! He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Afterwards presented options to consider, 2 of which we will follow up with including the service plan! The price charged was very reasonable! We will definitely use them again and recommend to others!

Coomes came out today and did a great job servicing our AC / heating system. A defect was identified in our unit and they promptly took care of the issue. On very short notice, the folks at Coomes came through. I called for service and a technician (Jimmy W) happened to be working in my area that day; the scheduler arranged for him to meet me right as I was getting in from work at 6 ish. Jimmy was great. He helped to resolve my uneven heating/airflow issues and was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to share his expertise as we went from vent to vent. He arrived on time, put on booties (i.e. disposable shoe covers) as he entered the house (it was a rainy day), was patient, thorough, and attentive as I explained the issues. He answered all my questions, and ensured that the damper adjustments were done just right to resolve the issues. I hope I have no HVAC issues in the future (who does, right lol) but if I do, I will definitely call Coomes and will request Jimmy.

Great customer service

We've been relying on Coomes Air sense the 1980s. They have never let us down. I am always telling my friends who are having AC issues about Cooms.

We have used Coomes for all of our AC & H needs for many years. We once had 8 duplexs and their service was always dependable and reasonably priced. We just had a fancy 4 ton, 2 speed heat pump put in our home. We can't hear it running...before we had to turn the TV up when the AC came on ! The Tecnicians, Marcus, Juan, and Marso got the job done in one day. They left the house cleaner than they found it. We've learned to expect this from anyone that comes out from Coomes. Thanks guys, keep up the good work

Brian did a very good job of maintainence on our air conditioner. He explained everything thorougly and I am sure his work was well done. He was neat and clean and even dealt with our dog in a friendly manner.
