Hello, Scott came out and thoroughly and honestly assessed my a/c unit and explained everything clearly. I’ve been with Coomes for years and they are always honest and reasonable.
My AC began to make weird noises over the weekend. Come Monday, it no longer turned on. Called Coomes Tuesday morning and they had someone out that same day. Marvin was my technician and he did an amazing job. From listening to me try to duplicate the sounds I was hearing, showing him the videos I had on my phone of the noises, to taking the time to explain what was going on. He didn’t mind me hanging out in the area where he was working. He took his time to explain what he was doing when he was troubleshooting the ac. Once he found the problem he gave me some options. Marvin ran through prices for repair. After making the decision to let him fix it he tracked down the parts we needed and got it done. Also he made sure to cover his shoes every time he came into the house to make sure he didn’t bring in any trash or dirt. I would definitely recommend Coomes Air.
