Jimmy W. was great. Communication and follow up was as well. Prices charged for services delivered seemed to be astronomical and out of line with current market rates. $260/lb for R-22 is just not right and indicates a desire to take advantage of someone. They will also try to sell you a maintenance contract that offers very little and requires you to commit for 12 mos. Overall they got me cooling again by providing a product worth $200 or less for $800.
