They did a great job of coming at the earlier end of their time window, which worked perfectly for my schedule, and I really appreciated their helpful approach in checking out the home to let me know what I did and didn’t need even though I thought I needed a certain service. I really appreciated getting to see my air ducts with their tool to learn and see for myself what it looked like. I felt their options and pricing was very reasonable. They also went out of their way to give my son a gift card gift last minute when they learned it was my son’s birthday!

I called Coomes Air on Saturday morning because our air conditioner was not coming on. Since it was close to a holiday, I didn't expect to get an appointment very soon. Thankfully Justin answered the phone and scheduled us for later that morning. Abel came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
