Scott was just wonderful. My experience from start to finish was very positive. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate him taking the time to explain what I should expect from the visit. He listened to my concerns and asked questions to clarify what I said. He provided recommendations of services that would help extend the life of my AC unit, but he did NOT pressure me in any way to purchase them. Excellent service! I will request him by name next time.
