No matter what anybody says, it matters. To have someone take the time to explain your problem, tell you what the solution is--and yes, he has the part. It makes a difference if you have a problem in the future and need fast, professional service. Sr. citizens talk and always ask, who's your plumber? handyman? For a/c I'd say call Coomes, ask for Tanner :)
