The Coomes Air staff has always been professional from the sales/office staff to the technicians. There is great customer consideration when it comes to scheduling service and maintenance requests. In addition, consumers are offered an affordable service plan (paid monthly) with the purchase of a new air conditioner unit.

I realize this ancient system I have needs to be updated - so I really appreciate the honest approach - and not feeling like I have no other choice but to replace it right now - I will this fall, and I wouldn't trust the work to anyone else but Coomes.

Mario did a great job with the summer "check up" on our HVAC unit. He was efficient and checked everything necessary. He also checked the air flow on our system as well as the duct placements. Made suggestions to try to better balance the system and help increase the air flow to our master bedroom which is at the far opposite end of the house from the unit/plenum. When we agreed to the suggestions, he went through adjusting all of the dampers where needed.

He is a great asset to the team!

NOT happy with the huge price increase of your maintenance plan! Your form letter sent to the customer does not adequately the dramatic increase in price from 149.00 for last year to 239.40 for this year.
