Jimmy is very knowledgable, experienced, professional and
very informative about his job duties/responsibilities. He has excellent people skills and is a wonderful listener. He is very attentive and will bend over backwards to make sure the needs of the customer are satisfied.
We always ask for Jimmy because we know what we will be getting. Our
expectations will have been met and we can always count on him being on time and ready to start working. Also, Jimmy explains everything to us as to what he is doing and makes sure we understand. I like this very much because he is educating us on what we should know and then some.
