The tech was able to come out on a Saturday morning. I mentioned to him that we noticed one of the units sounded like it was kicking on really aggressively. He ran his test and supplied us with a quote for a part that would take some of the strain off of it when it kicked on but informed us that because our unit isn’t that old the part would only be precautionary and wasn’t really needed at that time rather than try to sell us extra services.
